Clubsland Stalls 2018

Show off your club with a stall at Clubsland 2018.

Stalls are $40+bf per stall.

Each Clubsland day is themed. Please consider how your stall will reflect the theme and use it to your advantage. It is at the discretion of the Union to confirm the suitability of your day and to assign stalls.

Tues 31 July - Faculty, Support, and Political Clubs

Wed 1 August - Activity & Hobby Clubs [ Please note Wednesday is SOLD OUT ]

Thurs 2 August - Cultural, Religious, & Issue-based Clubs

Stall information

• Stalls to be open, staffed and ready from 9:45am- 3:00pm each day.
• Only 1 day stall hire is available at Clubsland.
• Stall hire includes a backing board, 1 x 1.8m trestle and 2 chairs.
• Access to power is limited and available via purchase with your order.
• If you would like to do a demonstration we encourage you to do this within your stall space. Please include details in the form.
• If your club was not inducted for O'Week you are required to attend a compulsory induction session on Tuesday 24 July at 10am in the Clubs lounge to remain eligible for a stall.
• The last day to register is Friday 20th July 2018.
